En tant que recruteur(e) bilingue chez JLL, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans l'attraction et l'acquisition des meilleurs talents pour façonner l'avenir de l'immobilier commercial. Relevant de la cheffe de l'acquisition des talents, vous collaborerez avec diverses parties prenantes à tous les niveaux de l'organisation pour offrir des services de recrutement complets lors d'acquisitions, de cessions et pour répondre aux besoins continus en matière de talents. Ce poste exige un jugement indépendant pour planifier, prioriser et gérer une charge de travail variée, tout en tirant parti de technologies d'IA de pointe pour accélérer les processus et identifier les meilleurs candidats. Vous collaborerez avec une équipe passionnée de recruteurs et travaillerez aux côtés des meilleurs professionnels de l'immobilier commercial au Canada, contribuant directement à la mission de JLL de créer une valeur exceptionnelle pour nos clients et employés.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien :

  • Diriger l'ensemble des activités de recrutement, incluant l'élaboration de plans d'embauche stratégiques, la rédaction de descriptions de postes convaincantes, la présélection et l'entrevue de candidats, la coordination des horaires d'entrevues et la formulation d'offres pour chaque poste vacant
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les gestionnaires d'embauche par le biais de réunions d'admission et de suivi régulières afin d'évaluer l'efficacité du recrutement, d'affiner les stratégies et d'assurer des placements réussis et opportuns
  • Développer et maintenir des réseaux professionnels solides pour identifier et mobiliser des candidats passifs qualifiés dans le secteur de l'immobilier commercial
  • Agir comme conseiller(ère) de confiance auprès des parties prenantes concernant les politiques, procédures et meilleures pratiques de recrutement internes, tout en favorisant des relations solides à tous les niveaux de l'organisation
  • Maintenir des dossiers d'employés exacts et à jour dans Workday, créer et distribuer des rapports et indicateurs de recrutement, et analyser les tendances pour favoriser l'amélioration continue
  • Soutenir les initiatives RH lors d'acquisitions et de cessions, notamment les communications avec les employés et la coordination des transitions
  • Contribuer activement aux projets RH et aux initiatives stratégiques selon les besoins

Qualifications requises :

  • Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience progressive en recrutement ou combinaison équivalente de formation et d'expérience professionnelle pertinente
  • Bilinguisme (français-anglais) parlé et écrit, requis pour interagir avec des partenaires internes et externes basés à l'extérieur du Québec, incluant des fournisseurs de services, cabinets d'avocats, pairs, banquiers, firmes de courtage, agences de crédit et clientèle non-francophone
  • Maîtrise approfondie de la suite MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Solides compétences organisationnelles et de gestion du temps avec capacité démontrée de s'adapter, de prioriser et de respecter les échéances dans un environnement dynamique
  • Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite, en relations interpersonnelles, en service à la clientèle et en négociation
  • Souci du détail avec de fortes capacités d'analyse et un sens de l'urgence pour répondre aux besoins des parties prenantes
  • Capacité démontrée à travailler de manière autonome, collaborative et proactive, avec un minimum de supervision, tout en maintenant la confidentialité et en faisant preuve de jugement professionnel

Qualifications préférées :

  • Formation postsecondaire en ressources humaines, relations industrielles ou dans un domaine connexe
  • Expérience dans le secteur de l'immobilier commercial
  • Compréhension des processus d'acquisitions et de cessions
  • Connaissance de la législation sur les normes d'emploi au Québec et partout au Canada
  • Expérience de travail avec le système Workday
  • Capacité à créer et analyser des tableaux de bord et des indicateurs de performance

What this job involves:

As a Bilingual Recruiter at JLL, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and securing top talent to shape the future of commercial real estate. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will partner with diverse stakeholders across all organizational levels to deliver full-cycle recruitment services for acquisitions, dispositions, and ongoing talent needs. This role requires independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and manage a varied workload while leveraging cutting-edge AI technology to accelerate processes and identify the best candidates. You will collaborate with a passionate team of recruiters and work alongside Canada's leading commercial real estate professionals, contributing directly to JLL's mission of creating exceptional value for clients and employees alike.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including developing strategic hiring plans, crafting compelling job descriptions, screening and interviewing candidates, coordinating interview schedules, and extending offers for each open position
  • Partner closely with hiring managers through regular intake and follow-up meetings to assess recruitment effectiveness, refine strategies, and ensure timely, successful placements
  • Build and maintain robust professional networks to identify and engage qualified passive candidates in the commercial real estate sector
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on internal recruitment policies, procedures, and best practices while fostering strong relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in Workday, create and distribute recruitment reports and metrics, and analyze trends to drive continuous improvement
  • Support HR initiatives during acquisitions and dispositions, including employee communications and transition coordination
  • Contribute actively to HR projects and strategic initiatives as required

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of progressive recruitment experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
  • Bilingualism (French-English) spoken and written, required to interact with internal and external partners based outside Quebec, including service providers, law firms, peers, bankers, brokerage firms, credit agencies, and non-French-speaking clients
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with proven ability to adapt, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, customer service, and negotiation skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities and a sense of urgency in responding to stakeholder needs
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, collaboratively, proactively, and with minimal supervision while maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
  • Experience in the commercial real estate sector
  • Understanding of acquisitions and dispositions processes
  • Knowledge of Employment Standards Legislation in Quebec and across Canada
  • Experience working with Workday HRIS
  • Ability to create and analyze dashboards and performance metrics

Estimated compensation for this position:

90,000.00 – 105,000.00 CAD per year

This range represents the estimated base salary and actual compensation may differ. Final base salary is determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations. Some roles and employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, benefits, or other compensation.
