We’re looking for a Brand and Digital Marketing Manager to join us on a contract basis and keep our day-to-day brand and digital marketing running. This is a hands-on role: you’ll publish content to our website, run paid digital campaigns, manage our social channels and email marketing, and report on results. You’ll work closely with our marketing and communications team and agency partners, and you should be comfortable stepping in quickly and owning your work end-to-end.

You will...

  • Website management
    • Publish new press coverage, blog articles, and research papers to the Waabi website.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timely publishing.
  • Digital management
    • Manage day-to-day execution of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
    • Monitor HubSpot workflows, form submissions, and lead routing.
    • Flag performance issues or anomalies to the team.
  • Social media
    • Execute weekly social posting across LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Instagram, and X.
    • Reformat and adapt content for each platform's native format and audience.
    • Support platform expansion efforts as new channels are introduced.
    • Monitor comments, tags, and media mentions across social platforms.
    • Flag items that require a response or escalation to the appropriate team member.
  • Industry news
    • Compile and distribute a weekly or biweekly industry news roundup to the team.
    • Format the roundup consistently and flag Waabi mentions for prioritization.
    • Prepare one-off Waabi media mentions for the marketing team to share on Slack with the wider team.
  • Email marketing execution
    • Send scheduled email campaigns via HubSpot.
    • Coordinate post-event and nurture emails with relevant stakeholders.
    • Monitor email deliverability and flag any issues.
  • Asset management
    • Organize and maintain the media kit, photo library, and b-roll in shared drives.
    • Keep assets up to date and accessible to the team and external partners.
  • Tracking & Reporting
    • Pull bi-weekly social and digital performance metrics.
    • Compile and share a brief performance summary with the team.
  • Cross-functional support
    • Support product marketing, comms, and events leads on execution tasks as needed.
    • Support one-off facility branding requests, such as signage and swag coordination.
    • Support day-to-day communication with design, video, and swag vendors.
    • Format and schedule social posts for executives.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, or marketing operations, ideally in a B2B or technology environment.
  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot, including workflows, form submissions, lead routing, and email campaign execution.
  • Experience managing a company's day-to-day social media presence across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube.
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple ongoing workstreams independently with minimal ramp-up time.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including experience adapting content for different platforms and audiences.
  • Available for a contract engagement of approximately 6 months to provide parental leave coverage.
  • Open-minded and collaborative team player with the willingness to help others.
  • Passionate about self-driving technologies, solving hard problems, and creating innovative solutions.

Bonus/nice to have:
