What you will do

  • Partner with business stakeholders to capture, clarify, document, and validate ideas, enhancements, defects, service requirements, and desired outcomes.
  • Own and assess incoming demand, evaluate business value and urgency, and translate priorities into clear specifications, service strategies, plans, and forecasts.
  • Provide client-facing analysis and support for enterprise ETRM applications and related processes, including incident triage, user support, access support, reporting, testing, and delivery follow-up.
  • Coordinate with project teams, service owners, vendors, system integrators, and TIS partners to move completed work into production in alignment with operational standards and processes.
  • Build strong business relationships, monitor stakeholder satisfaction, support portfolio modernization and simplification, and identify opportunities to improve services and delivery.

  • You bring some exposure to Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) systems or related commodity marketing, trading, financial derivatives, and risk management processes.
  • Understanding IT operations and experience supporting enterprise systems; exposure to commodity marketing, trading, financial derivatives, risk management, treasury, or marketing accounting is an asset.
  • An analytical problem-solver with strong organization, prioritization, project coordination, and communication skills, and you can explain technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders.
  • A collaborative, results-oriented relationship builder who can manage multiple priorities, work constructively through change, and build consensus across diverse teams

Benefits:
  • A flexible benefits program that allows each employee to select the level of coverage needed for their family in the areas of health, dental, insurance and disability.
  • A paid maternity and parental leave benefit that offers up to 20 weeks of paid leave for birth-giving parents and up to 12 weeks for other eligible parents, providing flexibility and support during this important life event.
  • Valuable retirement savings plans, including a savings plan with company stock as an investment option.
  • Paid time off/vacation/sick, plus paid personal days off (depending on location), and paid holidays.
