Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business groups to identify, document and communicate business needs and objectives, helping create a clear understanding of desired outcomes
Facilitate the creation of business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and related documentation
Perform current and future-state process analysis to document, assess and identify gaps in business systems, applications and workflows, and guide improvements to underlying processes and systems/applications
Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clarity, traceability and alignment across cross-functional teams, and supporting data-informed decision-making
Lead testing activities, including system/functional testing and UAT, by validating requirements, tracking issues and identifying enhancement opportunities to improve solution quality
Knowledge and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 3-6 years of relevant business analysis experience, or a Master's degree with 2-3 years of experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with familiarity in standard business analysis tools, techniques and documentation practices
Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments, with the ability to build work breakdown structures and project schedules where required
Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, stakeholders engagement, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and meet established deadlines
Additional certifications such as CCBA, PMI-PBA, CBAP, PMI-ACP, or relevant Agile certifications are considered an asset

The annual salary for this job ranges from:
$71,200.00 - $96,400.00STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
