  • Extract and validate data from enterprise systems such as ERP platforms and business applications (e.g., Oracle, Salesforce).

  • Navigate enterprise data warehouses and financial reporting tools to source official, governed company financials.

  • Organize, clean, and analyze large-scale datasets, including tens of thousands of transactional or project-level records.

  • Support system validations, reconciliations, and data audits as required.

  • Support monthly project forecasting processes, including the collection and consolidation of forecast inputs from departmental Directors.

  • Good financial understanding across P&L, revenue, costs, margins, and variance analysis.

  • Manage analysis across multiple currencies, ensuring consistent conversion and presentation in a single company reporting currency.

  • Confidently present financial analysis and insights to Vice President and Director-level leadership.

  • Effectively respond to questions from Project Managers and operational stakeholders, adjusting the level of detail as needed.

  • Interface openly and professionally with multiple organizational levels and functional groups to gather inputs and clarify data.

  • Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, with a strong executive-facing mindset.

  • Show flexibility and willingness to support ad hoc requests and special projects, including system validations.

  • Maintain professionalism, discretion, and reliability when supporting executive leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience working with ERP systems and enterprise applications (e.g., Oracle, Salesforce).

  • Ability to extract and analyze data from data warehouses and financial databases.

  • Experience managing and analyzing large, complex datasets.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft productivity tools including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field.

  • Prior experience supporting C-level or senior executive stakeholders.

  • Exposure to project forecasting or regional financial reporting.
