The DCoE leads the strategy, development, and governance of digital assets and products, leveraging data, automation, artificial intelligence, and modern platforms to create scalable, high‑value solutions for our internal teams and clients.

We pride ourselves on pushing the boundaries of digital engineering and applied data science, translating emerging technologies into practical, trusted solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

We are seeking a Business Analyst (BA) with a foundation in consulting, science, or engineering. Your primary focus will be supporting product managers, coordinating and collaborating with business stakeholders, developers, UI/UX, testing, solution architects, data scientists, project managers, and leadership to deliver digital assets and products.

A successful candidate will have the opportunity to help us grow our vision for our digital solutions. • Maintain, and prioritize a global backlog of epics and user stories, supporting backlog refinement and sprint planning while ensuring alignment to product and asset strategy and measurable business value
  • Under guidance of the Product Manager, coordination across scope, schedule, and budget, driving alignment, resolving ambiguity, and ensuring shared understanding while collaborating across product, asset, and development teams within the SDLC
  • In collaboration with the Product Manager, maintain a holistic view across multiple initiatives to have awareness of dependencies, risks, and opportunities and escalate as appropriate.
  • Analyze data, user feedback, and pain points to identify improvement opportunities and provide data-driven insights and tradeoff analysis for prioritization and decision-making
  • Operate effectively in ambiguous, evolving environments by structuring undefined problems and enabling iterative, value-driven progress
  • Support digital solution operations and act as a first line of triage while maintaining and refining knowledgebases to ensure consistency and scalability

  • Collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, and stakeholders in cross-functional delivery environments, ideally previous experience working in a global design environment.
  • Apply Agile Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira) to support iterative delivery and team coordination
  • Leverage a solid technical foundation, including understanding of software development, web technologies, and application development, best practices
  • Analyze problems with strong attention to detail, apply structured thinking to solve challenges and deliver high-quality outcomes under pressure
