What You’ll Do- Implement and maintain high-quality code aligned with best practices and design standards
- Contribute to the overall strategy and technology direction of Calypso platform development
- Work on distributed application architecture, performance tuning, and system optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including FI & Derivatives to deliver scalable, reliable systems
- Participate in capacity planning, design reviews, and production support activities
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong Java development background (5+ years) with expertise in designing and building distributed applications
- Experience in Calypso development, customization, or integration
- Solid understanding of capital markets, including trade management and derivative products
- Proficiency in SQL and Oracle DB
- Familiarity with Linux (RedHat) environments and MQ messaging
- JVM tuning and multi-threading experience
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup and cross-functional environment
