Commercial Operations Associate

We are seeking a motivated and experienced team member that can join an established team activities with order processing. The Ideal candidate should be
detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work efficiently in a professional office environment.Key responsibilities
Communicating with customers and distributors via e-mail with questions and concerns as needed.
Responsible for setting up product support in NextGen application.
Processing and fulfilling product orders in Dynamics.
Assisting with any financial audit requests and providing necessary documentation to assist auditors, accounting, and finance.
Updating and setting up customers in Customer Maintenance application.
Processing Failed Key and License RMA’s and creating the orders in Dynamics.
Processing License Modifications in licensing when needed.
Essential requirements
Business College graduate or equivalent work experience.
Order processing experience preferred, in Dynamics, SalesForce, Oracle.
Great attitude with able to perform under pressure during busy peaks throughout the year (required availability end of months/quarters/end of year/Holidays).
Desired skills
Ability to learn continuously – about the job you are responsible for, but also about our company and what we do.
Curiosity about data and systems to drive continuous improvement and work with IT to implement changes when necessary.
Possess both verbal and written communication skills to work through issues that may arise.
Excellent work ethic, dependable and responsible; team player and highly collaborative.
