• Keyera’s Northern Allowance is a tiered incentive program based on years of service, currently offered to employees working at the following locations: Grande Prairie Office, Wapiti, Simonette, Gold Creek, South Cheecham, and Fox Creek Terminal. THE POSITION

Keyera is currently seeking a Marketing Analyst/Scheduler to join our NGL Marketing team. The Marketing Analyst/Scheduler will be responsible for maintaining monthly forecast models, managing pipeline nominations and providing various support functions to the NGL Marketing team. The successful candidate will be based out of Keyera’s Calgary Corporate Office

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and update key spreadsheets / models and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Provide analytical support including supply positions, product allocation and nominations, transportation profiles, and specific commercial deals.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve various daily operational / scheduling issues to ensure the movement of NGLs.
• Partner with Field operations and staff to resolve various issues at gas plants for fractionation facilities.
• Work with Marketing Accounting and Contract Admin on month end NGL balancing and reconciliations.
• Provide support as required to commercial personnel with reconciliations, analytics, pricing, risk/credit reporting and systems development.
• Proactively identify changing dynamics in the market to help inform the commercial team in managing their C5+ position
• Manage sampling and equalization process to ensure visibility on stream quality within Keyera’s C5+ system
• Team up with Macro Fundamental team to update competitor analysis and key utilization metrics.
• Develop and manage effective and positive working relationships with internal service providers and external customers and service providers.
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree with a background in either Business, Finance, Mathematics or Computer Science.
• Minimum 10 years experience in Oil and Gas or NGL industry spent in analytics, commercial operations or research would be an asset.
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency using Microsoft Suite programs, mainly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Entero, Petrotranz, VBA, Excel macros is considered a strong asset.
• Well organized, energetic and ability to work with cross functional teams across the organization.
• Self-starter with strict attention to detail, accuracy and problem-solving skills
• Interpersonal skills with ability to build professional relationships and be a team player.
