  • Support data migration, testing, reconciliation, cutover, and go-live activities for project-related data.
  • Facilitate and participate in workshops to define data requirements and advise on process changes and improvements that inform future-state process and system design.
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and Asset Management to support project reporting, capitalization, settlement, and asset integration needs.
  • Partner with the System Integrator, business, and technical teams to design, validate, and test project data integrations, including future-state integrations with connected project applications, ensuring downstream data dependencies are addressed.
  • Work with business subject matter experts and the Data & Analytics team to define reporting and analytics requirements, rationalize existing project reports, and support the transition of legacy reporting (ECC, BW, BPC) to future-state platforms such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI.
  • Define and monitor data quality KPIs and controls, promote adoption of governance standards, and drive continuous improvement of project data processes across the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Project Management, Finance or a related discipline; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • 5+ years of experience in project controls, capital projects, project systems, master data, data governance or related disciplines.
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, capital project governance, project controls and project reporting.
  • Knowledge of WBS design, project coding, project costing, forecasting, settlements, capitalization and project-to-asset integration concepts.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting data quality, cleansing, validation, reconciliation or migration activities.
