We are seeking a dynamic and well-rounded Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and support our growth initiatives. In this dual-focused role, you will drive result-oriented digital campaigns while also supporting creative and administrative processes. Working closely with our internal teams—including Growth, Creative, Retention, Merchandising, and Brand—you’ll play a critical role in both paid social and creative execution. This position also involves partnering with external agency partners and platform representatives (e.g., Meta, TikTok) to ensure our campaigns stay innovative and effective.


As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be an essential support across our growth pod. You’ll collaborate with the team on growth initiatives for offline channels (TV, streaming, podcasts) and work on Knixteen on paid social initiatives, splitting your time roughly 50/50 between both areas. Your responsibilities will range from hands-on campaign management to reconciling budgets, trafficking creative, and managing essential administrative tasks like creative briefs. Your ability to pivot quickly and manage multiple tasks will add significant value to our team’s strategy and overall business growth.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability in campaign reporting, digital ad optimization, and budget reconciliation.
  • Familiarity with additional platforms such as TikTok, Pinterest, and tools like Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Experience in managing creative briefs and trafficking creative assets is highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns—starting with Facebook/Instagram and expanding into other channels as opportunities arise.
  • Manage audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance tracking to maximize ROI.
  • Produce daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct testing and performance analysis, sharing insights with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Reconcile budgets and handle creative trafficking to ensure campaigns launch smoothly.
  • Develop and manage creative briefs in collaboration with internal teams to align campaigns with brand standards.
  • Assist in managing various admin tasks to support both online and offline initiatives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams—including offline agency partners—and maintain active communication with platform partners like Meta and TikTok.
  • Conduct competitive research and stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our strategies ahead of the curve.
