About You

You are a data-driven digital marketer with a strong background in paid social media advertising. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for optimizing campaigns to drive business growth. You have an analytical mindset, a keen eye for creative strategy, and a deep understanding of how performance marketing drives customer acquisition. You’re highly detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize impact. If you have experience in the fashion or retail industry, that’s a bonus!

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically within paid social media advertising.
  • Strong proficiency in Meta advertising, with experience in other paid social platforms (Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and reporting.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Looker, Amplitude, and Northbeam.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and campaign optimization.
  • Experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of direct-response marketing strategies and attribution models (Last Click, Multi-Touch, etc.) is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.
  • Conduct daily optimization and budget checks to ensure campaigns are on track to meet performance goals.
  • Analyze creative performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to improve ad effectiveness.
  • Assist in ad builds and ensure proper setup and execution across platforms.
  • QA briefs from the creative team to ensure alignment with performance marketing goals and best practices.
  • Perform ad quality assurance (QA) checks across platforms, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Partner with internal teams, including Creative, Site, Data, and Finance, to ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Use analytics tools to assess campaign performance and identify areas for optimization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to drive continuous growth and innovation.
