Director, Solutions ConsultantWe are seeking a Director of Solution Consultants to lead a team responsible for translating solution architecture into high-quality, executable implementations.
This team ensures that customer solutions, whether delivered internally or via partners, are configured, implemented, and deployed correctly according to defined architecture and best practices.
Working closely with Solutions Architects, Field Engineering, Technical Consultants, and the PMO, this role is accountable for ensuring that what is designed is actually built correctly, consistently, and at scale.
This role is critical to enabling predictable, high-quality delivery in a partner-led model.
This role is expected to actively leverage AI tools, automation, and emerging agent-based workflows to drive productivity, improve decision-making, and scale impact. This includes using AI to accelerate problem solving, enhance team output, streamline operations, and identify opportunities for automation across delivery and execution.
Own Execution of Solution Design
- Ensure that all implementations accurately follow defined solution architecture, are configured correctly within the platform, and align with best practices and standards
- Translate architecture into configuration plans, build-ready requirements, and clear execution guidance
- Use AI to accelerate configuration, validation, and solution execution, ensuring consistency and reducing implementation errors.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted workflows to improve solution quality and scalability across both internal and partner-led delivery.
Lead Solution Consulting Team
- Build, mentor, and scale a team of Solution Consultants
- Establish Execution standards training and onboarding programs
- Partner closely with Solutions Architects to understand intended solution design and clarify edge cases and requirements
- Work with Field Engineering to ensure proper execution of complex builds and validate technical implementation
Partner Delivery Execution Support
- Ensure partner teams can execute solutions correctly by:
- Providing clear implementation guidance
- Reviewing configurations and deliverables
- Supporting partner teams on complex builds
- Act as a quality checkpoint for partner implementations
Quality Assurance & Validation
- Establish configuration validation processes, pre-go-live checks, solution QA frameworks
- Ensure consistency across implementations, reduction in rework and post-go-live issues
- 8–12+ years of experience in Solution Consulting, Implementation, or Delivery
- Proven experience Leading Solution Consultants or configuration-focused teams
- Strong expertise in CPQ, Billing, and Quote-to-Cash systems
- Deep understanding of System configuration, Data structures, Implementation workflows
- Experience working in Partner-led or hybrid delivery environments
- Experience supporting global/offshore teams
