Your biggest assets will be your excellent verbal and written communication skills, a proactive attitude towards new challenges, strong computer skills, and your ability to build strong relationships.

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Format large, complex documents using MS Word and Excel, and publish complete reports using Adobe Acrobat, including inserting graphics and tables into a final .pdf document.
  • Assist in proposal preparation, including finalizing, printing, and collating documents for client submission under tight deadlines.
  • Prepare/update report templates.
  • Support project delivery efforts through documentation set-up, style guide compliance, document formatting, and electronic compilation.
  • Assisting Project Managers in the execution of day-to-day project tasks including report compilation, information/data management, client liaison, and ensuring compliance with SLR policies and procedures.
  •  E-publishing documents, reports, and proposals.

Your success in this position will require a high degree of organization, attention to detail, time management, and a collaborative approach supporting our One Team culture. You’ll enjoy a flexible and dynamic work environment with an engaged team of fellow professionals.
