The Team and Role:

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager supporting end customer accounts in British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Yukon regions of Canada. In this role you will drive sales for Logitech for Business in both private (SMB and large enterprise) and Public Sector (Provincial and Municipal Government, Healthcare, and K-12 & Higher Education). You will achieve this through heavy influence and direct engagement with key decision-makers and influencers at various levels within the organization.  Your role is to determine or define clear solutions that meet the needs of your partners, resulting in outcomes that exceed business expectations. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales Engineering, Alliances, Channels, Distribution, and Marketing functions.

You are the type of person who exceeds sales quotas by enhancing and up-leveling relationships. You achieve this by focusing on prospecting new customer logos and up- or cross-selling to existing customers; you also own high-touch engagement with your account plan.

  • Maintain an accurate project pipeline/pipeline sufficiency and tracking of this pipeline through tools and data reporting. 
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with the ability to prioritize and execute quickly.
  • Own end-to-end lead management, including intake, qualification, prioritization, and conversion of inbound and outbound opportunities.
  • Quickly adapt to changing business needs, reprioritizing workload to maximize impact and revenue outcomes.
  • Proficient in CRM Tools (Salesforce).
  • Focus on prospecting new accounts and developing top accounts within your territory.
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
  • Manage the sales cycle, which may include the creation of client presentations and demos.
  • Collaborate with internal team members and cross-functional department to deliver elite customer experience.
  • Assist in maintaining strong relationships with key channel partners, including resellers, VARs, and system integrators to fulfill customers’ requirements, as well as maintain Alliance partnerships.
  • Participate in trade shows, events and summits to enhance presence in the Territory, as required.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • You are required to meet or exceed sales expectations in this role, so passion for the work and for the people are required.
  • Proven relevant sales experience with an assigned sales quota.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including presentation skills.
  • Experience in selling Unified Communications (UC) and a strong understanding of cloud solutions.
  • Sales experience in Video Collaboration is preferred.
  • Proficiency in social media such as LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, is a plus.
  • Ongoing updates and reporting rigor via SFDC (salesforce.com) to manage, update and ensure pipeline sufficiency.

This position offers an OTE (On Target Earnings) typically between $ 165K and $ 245K CAD depending on location and experience . In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
