Position Summary:


Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Architecture, the Enterprise Architect will play a crucial role in shaping and optimizing our technology landscape. This position involves collaborating closely with business leaders, contributing to the strategic vision of the Enterprise Architecture practice, and ensuring the alignment of technology initiatives with organizational goals. 


Key Responsibilities:


 •Execute the strategic vision for the Enterprise Architecture practice under the guidance of leadership 

•Expert level understanding of various components of the Salesforce product suite such as Sales Service, Experience, Community, Marketing and App Clouds Expertise 

•Translate business requirements into well architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce com platform 

•Lead technical design sessions architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives identify gaps between client current and desired end states 

•Manage the technical delivery of custom development integrations and data migration elements of a Salesforce com implementation 

•Technical Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive technical strategy for Salesforce platform encompassing architecture design development integration and maintenance 

•Actively participate in the Architecture Review Board (ARB) to contribute to sound technology decisions and minimize technology debt 

•Evaluate and rationalize the application portfolio, recommending retirements, consolidations, or replacements as needed 

•Provide guidance on the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure, scalable, and maintainable technology architecture 

•Contribute to producing target state solution architectures, conducting architectural assessments and gap analyses, and shaping the overall solution strategy and roadmap 

•Partner with data architect(s) to support data management practices, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance 

•Partner with integration architect(s) to support integration strategies ensuring seamless communication and data flow across various systems 

•Work closely with solution architects to ensure that individual solutions align with the overall enterprise architecture 

•Collaborate with business leaders to create business capability models that align technology capabilities with business needs 

•Contribute to building a vibrant ‘learning community’ within the enterprise architecture discipline, fostering continuous improvement and consistently delivering value to various business units 



Skills and Qualifications


•Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field 

•Proven experience of 5+ years as an Enterprise Architect, demonstrating a solid understanding of relevant areas 

•Experience with planning and leading architecture delivery for large-scale business and systems transformation programs is a must 

•Proven track record of successfully leading large scale Salesforce initiatives from concept to delivery 

•Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture capabilities and ecosystem including Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud and Community Cloud 

•Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders 

•Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect CTA Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect preferred 

•Familiarity with TOGAF/EA methodologies, ITSM/ITIL process design, cloud strategy, Agile framework, and security frameworks 

•Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication skills 

•Previous roles with a focus on data architecture, application or solution architecture, integration, risk management, and technology standards 

•Strong understanding of security architecture principles and practices 

•Proven experience in business capability modelling and translating business needs into technology solutions
