We are seeking a highly motivated IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Bogotá, Colombia. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our organization's growth by identifying, attracting, and securing top talent for our Enterprise Accounts.

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals.
  • Source and screen candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers throughout the selection process
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and compliance
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process


    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, psychology, or related fields.

    • English proficiency B2 or higher.

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT recruitment (Support, infrastructure, project management, software lifecycle) and a minimum of 3 years of full experience in recruitment.
    • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
    • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office suite
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
    • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and achieve hiring goals
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proven track record of conducting effective interviews and assessing candidates
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work setting
    • Familiarity with Colombian labor laws and recruitment regulations (preferred)
