We are seeking a highly motivated IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Bogotá, Colombia. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our organization's growth by identifying, attracting, and securing top talent for our Enterprise Accounts.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals.
- Source and screen candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers throughout the selection process
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, psychology, or related fields.

English proficiency B2 or higher.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT recruitment (Support, infrastructure, project management, software lifecycle) and a minimum of 3 years of full experience in recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office suite
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and achieve hiring goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of conducting effective interviews and assessing candidates
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work setting
- Familiarity with Colombian labor laws and recruitment regulations (preferred)
