Viens rejoindre l’équipe des services administratifs de l’épargne et retraite collectives dans un rôle d’administrateur. Dans ce rôle, tu auras à analyser et traiter les diverses demandes de retraits provenant de nos clients (participants, promoteurs de régime, représentants et consultants) et de nos partenaires internes. 

 

Plus précisément, tu auras à : 

  • Analyser et effectuer diverses transactions nécessaires à l’administration du régime;
  • Recevoir et traiter les demandes de nos clients reçues par courriel;
  • Vérifier les transactions non financières de tes collègues;
  • Participer au DMS (Daily Management System). 

 

Profil recherché 

  • Études en cours en services financiers, en administration ou dans une discipline connexe;
  • Bonnes aptitudes avec Excel;
  • Sens de l’organisation, des responsabilités, des priorités et du service;  
  • Niveau de connaissance intermédiaire de la langue anglaise puisque la personne sera amenée à consulter de la documentation anglophone, parler par vidéoconférence et faire des échanges de courriels avec des collègues anglophones ainsi qu'effectuer des tâches dans une équipe pancanadienne; sur une fréquence quotidienne;
  • Connaissances des produits d’épargne et retraite collectives et des lois (un atout);
  • Être disponible au moins 21h/semaine;
  • Être disponible à se rendre au bureau de Québec;
  • Habiletés de communication, esprit de recherche et d'analyse, autonomie, sens de l'amélioration continue, esprit d'équipe.
