We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide top-level administrative support to our executive team. As a trusted partner, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency of day-to-day operations while enabling our leaders to focus on strategic priorities.

You will be responsible for managing complex projects, coordinating meetings, and executing department events. You’ll serve as a key point of contact, drafting and managing correspondences, preparing reports & decks, and more. Your ability to manage multiple tasks and professionalism is key, as you will handle sensitive information and support special projects to ensure deadlines are met.

About You

  • 3+ years experience in an Executive Assistant or Executive Support role at the EVP, SVP or C level.
  • Experience facilitating the work of a senior leader and derive satisfaction from helping a team run successfully.
  • Self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and a reliable team player.
  • Experience preparing correspondence, including emails and follow-up on behalf of executives

Outcomes

  • Provide proactive administrative & coordination support to a minimum of two Executives 
  • Proactively manage multiple calendars and priorities based on customer meetings, product release dates, quarterly kickoffs and team needs.
  • Manage day to day schedules in such a way that the executive is able to complete their obligations in an organized and efficient way.
  • Provide support on other recurring and ad-hoc administrative projects.
  • Create meeting agendas, document meeting minutes and track applicable action items.
  • Support the execution of events organized by the People Operations Team.


The expected salary range for this position is a base salary of $92,000 - $120,000 CAD. Actual pay will be determined based on several factors such as past experience and qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
