In this sales-focused role, you'll connect with existing members of Sun Life Group Retirement Savings plans across Canada, helping them make informed decisions about their financial future. We offer flexibility in how you work. If you live outside commuting distance, you'll work remotely from your home office while remaining fully connected to your team and clients.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, is motivated by results, and is passionate about helping clients achieve their retirement goals. You'll benefit from an established client base, comprehensive training and development, competitive compensation, and industry-leading incentive opportunities.

If you're client-focused, driven to succeed, and ready to grow your career with a leading financial services organization, we encourage you to apply.

Why this role is special

This role focuses exclusively on existing Sun Life clients. You'll spend your time helping clients maximize their retirement savings and achieve their financial goals—without cold calling or prospecting for new clients. • Take ownership of sales activity, client follow-up, and results while contributing to a supportive, high-performing team culture.

  • Continuously strengthen your product knowledge, financial acumen, client conversation skills, and sales effectiveness.

What you need to succeed:

Fortunately, Calgary stands out as a hub for both, recognized as one of Startup Genome's Top 100 Emerging Ecosystems, while also playing host to a number of multinational enterprises. In Calgary, job seekers can find a wide range of opportunities.
