What you will be doing:
Visual Design & Brand Adherence
- Create marketing materials including brochures, posters, social media graphics, event signage, web graphics, lab assets & digital assets.
- Ensure all creative output adheres to AGAT’s visual identity and brand guidelines.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and evolution of AGAT’s visual presence.
- Work fluently and expertly in Adobe Creative Cloud applications – Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Use Microsoft Office applications (Word, Powerpoint, Outlook) to support document preparation and communication
- Prepare accurate and technically correct files for print and digital distribution.
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Graphic Designer to maintain consistency across all design deliverables.
- Support marketing team members and internal stakeholders with creative needs.
- Accept feedback constructively and incorporate revisions promptly and professionally.
- Balance multiple ongoing projects while meeting established deadlines.
- Stay organized and accountable in task tracking and communication.
- Maintain asset libraries and file organization to support efficient workflows.
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or relevant experience
- Minimum 2 years in a graphic design role (in-house or agency)
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook in a business setting.
- Experience in Canva is considered an asset.
- Experience working with Hubspot is an asset.
- Experience with corporate design is an asset.
- Strong layout, typography, and design principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well within a team.
