We are on the hunt for a visionary and results-oriented Head of Marketing to elevate our brand, ignite demand, and solidify our position as a leader in the cutting-edge world of AI robotics. As the driving force behind our marketing strategy, you will blend creativity and analytical expertise to build a world-class marketing function from the ground up. With a proven history of success in B2B marketing, you excel in crafting dynamic strategies tailored to diverse industries and enterprise clients. You are adept at leveraging data to shape decisions, developing insightful dashboards that guide and influence key stakeholders. Your experience engaging with Boards of Directors and investors ensures you can effectively communicate impact and vision at the highest level. Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to align with company objectives.
  • Establish and grow the company’s brand identity, positioning us as a thought leader in AI robotics.
  • Conduct market segmentation and analysis to identify target customer verticals and opportunities.
  • Develop and execute tailored marketing campaigns for specific industries and verticals.
  • Lead demand generation initiatives, leveraging digital campaigns, events, and partnerships.
  • Use data analysis to optimize marketing strategies and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage and mentor a team fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Engineering, to ensure strategic alignment.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role, ideally in B2B tech or robotics.
  • Proven success in driving growth through strategic marketing initiatives, including a track record of marketing to enterprise-level companies.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, and analytics tools.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.
  • Experience managing teams and budgets.
  • Passion for AI and robotics; startup experience preferred.
