About the Role
As the Head of Marketing, you will lead Nordcloud’s global marketing function, driving provable pipeline growth across all Norcloud regions. You will collaborate with sales leaders, Nordcloud’s leadership team, hyperscalers, industry partners, and external agencies to deliver world-class marketing initiatives that fuel business success. This role requires a strategic yet hands-on leader who can execute impactful marketing strategies while managing and inspiring a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy across all Nordcloud regions in line with company goals and objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Global marketing team of 10 employees, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and performance.
- Work closely with the Sales and Leadership Teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales goals.
- Strengthen partnerships by developing joint marketing initiatives with major hyperscalers, IBM and industry partners.
- Lead multi-channel campaigns, including digital, content, events, and brand initiatives, to generate a strong and measurable sales pipeline.
- Optimize marketing performance through data-driven insights, demonstrating the tangible value of marketing in driving business growth.
- Oversee marketing automation and CRM strategies, leveraging tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, and HubSpot.
- Drive thought leadership, working with internal teams and partners to create compelling content that positions Nordcloud as a cloud native industry leader.
- Manage the Marketing Budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and achieving a high ROI on marketing investments.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ year of experience in a Marketing Leadership role in a B2B technology or equivalent fast-paced industry.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across different departments.
- Expertise in digital marketing across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong content and thought leadership skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives with partners.
- Hands-on approach with a passion for building, experimenting, and optimizing marketing initiatives.
- Exceptional project management skills, adept at handling complex, multi-region marketing campaigns.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in a high growth, evolving environment.
- Fluent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus!).

This role requires occasional travel for industry events, client meetings, and team offsites across our European sites.
