What you'll do

  • Support leaders and employees across Canada and the U.S. throughout the employee lifecycle.

  • Support workplace investigations, performance matters, and manager coaching with care and sound judgment.
  • Prepare workforce reports and use People data to identify trends and support decisions.
  • Improve workflows using HR technology, automation, and AI tools where they add value.

  • You're collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable coaching managers through day-to-day employee matters.
  • You're organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • You enjoy working with data and using HR technology, automation, and AI to improve processes.
