What You’ll Do:

  • Under the direction of a project lead, configure systems from end-to-end, troubleshooting of errors, and quality assurance testing as required. 
  • Lead or participate in functionality delivery sessions with the clients. 
  • Participate in project walkthroughs, business requirements gathering, design walkthroughs, and implementation sessions as required. 
  • Flag and report potential problematic or out of scope requests from clients. 
  • Technical investigation of client issues, detailed initial troubleshooting before escalating issues to the Development team. 
  • Enable successful go-lives by acting as the first line of QA before UAT with a client and final implementation. 
  • Assist with performing integrated system testing when new features are applied to a client system. 
  • Assist the Support desk as needed to solve complex system tickets. 
  • Other duties as assigned. 


What You’ll Need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in any Technology, Engineering, Sciences, Mathematics (STEM) field related field or equivalent experience 
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and XML, and JSON. 
  • Experience with SQL a definite asset. 
  • Experience with application configuration within a CMS or similar environment. For example, a configuration of fields, creation of workflows, tweaking, and implementation. 
  • Basic knowledge of ‘Software as a Service’ Solutions (SAAS) and experience of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). 
  • Ability to grasp concepts quickly with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
  • Clear, concise, and effective communication skills. 
  • Exceptional time management skills. 
  • Occasional travel is a requirement for this position, with the ability to travel within North America and Europe is a must. 
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada, USA or EU.
