What You’ll Do:
- Under the direction of a project lead, configure systems from end-to-end, troubleshooting of errors, and quality assurance testing as required.
- Lead or participate in functionality delivery sessions with the clients.
- Participate in project walkthroughs, business requirements gathering, design walkthroughs, and implementation sessions as required.
- Flag and report potential problematic or out of scope requests from clients.
- Technical investigation of client issues, detailed initial troubleshooting before escalating issues to the Development team.
- Enable successful go-lives by acting as the first line of QA before UAT with a client and final implementation.
- Assist with performing integrated system testing when new features are applied to a client system.
- Assist the Support desk as needed to solve complex system tickets.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need:
- A Bachelor's degree in any Technology, Engineering, Sciences, Mathematics (STEM) field related field or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and XML, and JSON.
- Experience with SQL a definite asset.
- Experience with application configuration within a CMS or similar environment. For example, a configuration of fields, creation of workflows, tweaking, and implementation.
- Basic knowledge of ‘Software as a Service’ Solutions (SAAS) and experience of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Ability to grasp concepts quickly with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Clear, concise, and effective communication skills.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Occasional travel is a requirement for this position, with the ability to travel within North America and Europe is a must.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada, USA or EU.
