Nous recherchons un·e ingénieur·e logiciel senior qui bâtit d'excellents produits et qui a trouvé comment utiliser l'IA pour le faire à une vitesse impensable il y a un an. Vous n'utilisez pas l'IA pour l'autocomplétion de code — vous orchestrez des agents, créez des boucles de rétroaction et livrez des fonctionnalités de bout en bout en une fraction du temps requis auparavant. Vous comprenez les forces et les faiblesses des LLM, et vous avez développé le jugement nécessaire pour savoir quand faire confiance aux résultats et quand intervenir.

Nous avons besoin de penseurs capables de bâtir des produits de A à Z... et de transformer la façon dont nous les bâtissons. Dans ce rôle, vous livrerez des fonctionnalités, améliorerez le cycle de vie du développement logiciel (SDLC) pour vos pairs, propulserez l'intelligence d'affaires et débloquerez de nouvelles capacités pour des millions de voyageurs à travers le monde.   • Identifier et exécuter des améliorations à la base de code pour permettre aux humains et aux agents d'IA de livrer rapidement et en toute sécurité.

  • Collaborer avec un groupe d'ingénieurs seniors dans un environnement à processus léger, fondé sur la confiance et l'autonomie.

  • Orienter les décisions et obtenir un consensus de manière asynchrone grâce à une documentation et des spécifications rigoureuses.

  • Bâtir de nouvelles fonctionnalités de haut en bas — de l'expérience utilisateur (UX) à la base de données. Livrer, apprendre, et recommencer rapidement.

  • Concevoir des solutions évolutives et des modèles fondamentaux pour lancer efficacement de nouvelles expériences partenaires.

  • Travailler directement avec les gestionnaires de produits (PM) et les partenaires d'affaires pour définir notre feuille de route. Votre voix et votre vision technique comptent.

Le profil idéal
  • Une propension naturelle à plonger sans crainte dans une base de code inconnue pour obtenir des résultats rapides.

  • Une forte vision produit — votre conception de la qualité et de l'architecture est ancrée dans l'expérience client, et non dans l'élégance technique pure.

  • La capacité de diriger des agents d'IA et des flux de travail automatisés pour construire et maintenir des systèmes complexes, ainsi que le jugement pour savoir quand intervenir.

  • De l'expérience dans la conception de balises de sécurité et de boucles de rétroaction pour assurer la productivité et la fiabilité du développement assisté par l'IA.

  • Une expérience (ou une volonté de maîtriser) le développement de systèmes distribués en Scala.

Did you know Hopper's technology powers some of the largest travel portals in the world? Our Hopper Technology Solutions (HTS) platform drives travel purchases for major global brands — from banks to airlines to fintech leaders. This platform is a configurable, multi-tenant travel commerce engine, enabling partners to launch world-class hotel and travel booking experiences faster, with less custom engineering.

 

We're looking for a senior software engineer who builds great products and has figured out how to use AI to do it at a pace that wasn't possible a year ago. You're not using AI to auto-complete your code — you're orchestrating agents, building feedback loops, and shipping features end-to-end in a fraction of the time it used to take. You understand the strengths and weaknesses of LLMs, and you've developed the taste to know when to trust the output and when to intervene.

 

We need thinkers who can build products end to end...who can change the way we build products end to end. In this role you will ship features, improve the SDLC for your peers, supercharge business intelligence, unlock new capabilities for millions of travel customers worldwide. You will be limited only by your imagination.

What your day-to-day would look like
  • Identify and execute improvements to the codebase that make it easier for both humans and AI agents to move fast and ship safely.

  • Work with a group of senior engineers in a low-process environment powered by trust and autonomy.

  • Drive decisions and consensus asynchronously with thoughtful documentation and specs.

  • Build new features from top to bottom — from UX to database. Ship fast. Learn fast. Repeat.

  • Architect scalable solutions and foundational patterns that let us efficiently launch new partner experiences.

  • Work directly with PMs and business partners to define and refine our roadmap. Your voice and technical vision matter.

  • Collaborate with a diverse group of people, giving and receiving feedback for growth.

An ideal candidate has
  • A natural drive to fearlessly dive into an unknown codebase and deliver results fast.

  • Strong product thinking — your conception of quality and architecture is anchored in the customer experience, not in technical elegance for its own sake.

  • The ability to direct AI agents and automated workflows to build and maintain complex systems, and the judgment to know when to step in and when to let them run.

  • Experience designing the guardrails and feedback loops that keep AI-assisted development productive and reliable.

  • Experience with, or a mastery-level willingness to learn, distributed system development in Scala.

  • The ability to articulate not just how you'd solve a problem, but why, and what tradeoffs you're accepting.
