Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain positive relationships with growing, new, and lapsed customers to meet or exceed annual sales targets while ensuring profitability.

Engage fully with customers on every sales call to understand their needs and demonstrate how Finning can support them.

Maintain accurate records of account details and equipment population, and manage activities and opportunities using Saleslink.

Collaborate with the extended product support network, including product management, equipment sales, outside product support representatives, inside sales representatives, and parts and service teams.

Develop strategic call and account plans for your customer base.

Resolve complex and technically challenging customer needs quickly and effectively.

Convert data and intelligence leads into active sales opportunities.

Education & Experience:

Minimum 5+ years of demonstrable success in customer service and/or sales.

Parts ticket and strong mechanical aptitude with heavy equipment knowledge are assets.

Extensive experience in the heavy equipment and/or construction industry.
The total annual compensation target for this position is $90,000 - $105,000 including base salary and target variable. This is a commissioned sales role.
