What You'll Be Doing
- Provide exceptional customer service by building strong relationships, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and supporting customer project requirements.
- Support sales activities through quotation preparation, pricing administration, product recommendations, and identification of growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Dispatch, Billing, and Production teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment, pricing, invoicing, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain customer accounts, project records, pricing structures, and related data within Command Cloud, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor customer needs, market trends, and sales performance, generating reports and insights to support business decisions and revenue growth.
- Investigate and resolve order, project, and invoicing discrepancies, ensuring billing accuracy and timely issue resolution.
- Process COD pre-authorizations, prepare sales documentation, and manage daily system exceptions to support efficient financial and operational processes.
