Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Group Legal team in reviewing and drafting day-to-day contracts and other legal documents;
- Conduct legal research on laws, regulations, and industry developments relevant to the business;
- Assist Group Legal with secretarial work (review of board resolutions etc.);
- Support the legal team in preparing legal opinions, reports, briefs, and presentations.
Qualifications, Experience, Skill, and Competencies:
- Graduate or undergraduate in LLB Corporate.
- Law Exposure or Specialty in the area a would be added advantage.
- Exposure in corporate law will be an added advantage.
