About the role

The Loyalty & Partnerships Analyst role is part of Grubhub’s Growth team. You will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of Grubhub’s Loyalty & Partnerships programs. They will generate insights that inform program strategy, monetization approach, and performance optimization, while also developing self-service, program-level reporting to facilitate scalable, data-driven decision-making and support tracking towards goals.This role will closely collaborate with the broader Loyalty & Partnerships team, as well as cross-functional partners including Product, Pricing, and other Growth functions, to identify opportunities, guide experimentation, and ensure data, business analysis, and reporting are accurate, actionable, and timely. Given this role spans a sizable part of our portfolio, it has the opportunity to influence decisions that impact a meaningful share of Grubhub’s business.
The ideal candidate will pair strong quantitative qualifications with the ability to synthesize data-driven insights across multiple dimensions, applying conceptual thinking and maintaining a consistent focus on business outcomes In addition to expertise in business analysis, SQL, test analysis, Tableau and other data visualization tools, this role requires strong influence and coordination skills to effectively partner across multiple stakeholder groups at all levels of the organization, including senior and executive leadership. As such, exceptional communication and the ability to distill complex analysis into clear, compelling narratives and actionable recommendations are essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments - able to set a well-informed long-term agenda, drive structured problem-solving, and remain agile in adapting to new opportunities The role also supports key reporting functions, including the development of slides, charts, tables, and analytical commentary to inform business decisions. Candidates with strong communication skills and experience producing executive-ready materials are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive consumer and business insights to support strategy development that deliver growth for the Loyalty & Partnerships programs
  • Develop proactive analyses to uncover new growth opportunities and guide program optimization
  • Deliver regular, executive-level reporting to assess portfolio performance, highlight opportunities, monitor competitive dynamics, and influence senior leadership decisions
  • Automate reporting, dashboards, and analytics workflows to increase efficiency, reduce manual effort, and deliver timely, accurate data to stakeholders
  • Design and refine monetization frameworks that balance growth and profitability
  • Evolve analytics capabilities and infrastructure by modernizing tools, frameworks, and infrastructure to enhance scalability, consistency, and the team’s ability to generate actionable insights
  • Track goals and size opportunities to support prioritization and performance management against organizational KPIs
  • Partner with Growth, Product, Pricing and Finance teams and other teams to identify growth opportunities, develop and align on shared agendas, and drive impactful in-market results
  • Strengthen experimentation and test-and-learn practices by establishing robust testing frameworks and accelerating analytical readouts to inform faster decision-making
The experience you have
  • 4 - 6+ years of experience in an analytics role, ideally within growth, loyalty, or subscription-based businesses
  • Proficiency with data analysis, visualization, and automation tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, etc.)
  • Proven ability to distill perform complex analysis and distill data and business drivers into concise, influential narratives and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experiencing influencing stakeholders up to the executive level
  • Proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in experiment design, test analysis, and monetization strategy
  • Strategic, outcomes-oriented mindset that connects analytics to growth, profitability, and long-term business impact
Chicago: $115,000- $122,000
Wonder Group uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You're welcome—and encouraged—to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you.
