Role Overview
This role leads enterprise-wide corporate efficiency diagnostics and governance transformation initiatives. The focus is on identifying, quantifying, and eliminating operational inefficiencies, governance gaps, and risk exposure across M365 and multi-tenant environments. The outcome is a clear, board-ready modernization roadmap that drives measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Efficiency & Transformation Leadership
- Lead enterprise diagnostics to identify:
- Collaboration waste
- Rework inefficiencies
- Risk and value leakage across services
- Drive efficiency-focused transformation strategies, linking operational gaps to financial and capacity impacts
- Lead the full lifecycle: Diagnostic → Impact → Future State → Roadmap
- Facilitate OKR definition and executive alignment on transformation priorities
Governance & Architecture Oversight
- Oversee end-to-end M365 and multi-tenant governance architecture, including:
- Tenant structures and cross-tenant dependencies
- Data lifecycle, permissions, and policy enforcement models
- Define future-state governance models, including standardized policy-driven management frameworks and governance decision structures
- Ensure embedding of:
- Privacy-by-design
- Security-by-design
- Data-by-design principles
Executive Advisory & Strategic Decision Support
- Translate diagnostic insights into executive-level decisions, trade-offs, and investment priorities
- Lead development of:
- Strategic investment business cases
- ROI models and cost-of-inaction narratives
- Provide board-level advisory on governance, risk posture, and transformation sequencing
Key Deliverables Accountability
- Enterprise heat maps (cost, risk, resource leakage)
- Governance and architecture future-state design
- Strategic investment business case (ROI + OKRs)
- Integrated 0–18 month roadmap
- Board-ready audit and transformation report
Mandatory Qualifications & Experience
- ISO/IEC 27001 Certified Lead Auditor (mandatory)
- 10+ years of experience in corporate efficiency or operational optimization programs
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise governance and transformation initiatives
- Proven leadership in:
- Data governance and M365 platform transformation
- Multi-tenant governance models
- Operational diagnostics and process re-engineering
- Strong executive facilitation and board-level communication capabilities
