GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate client deliverables across the agency, ensuring tasks are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with client goals.
  • Act as a communication hub, maintaining alignment and trust between clients, internal teams, and contractors throughout project execution.
  • Develop and maintain clear task plans, schedules, and timelines for marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Monitor task budgets and oversee administrative tasks, such as tracking expenses, contractor fees, and preparing invoices for accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, writers, and HubSpot specialists, to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives effectively.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and project requirements while maintaining a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Support marketing implementation, including, but not limited to, setting up email campaigns, managing content for websites and blogs, and executing on campaign tactics.
  • Use tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and SEM platforms to analyze performance, optimize campaigns, and provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Ensure quality control by proofreading, reviewing, and refining content and marketing materials to meet internal standards and exceed client expectations.
  • Facilitate team meetings and status updates to ensure all stakeholders stay informed, aligned, and equipped to meet project goals.
  • Promote a culture of feedback by seeking, sharing, and applying input to continuously improve processes, deliverables, and outcomes.
  • Perform other assigned duties as required.

EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES

  • 3-5 years of related experience working with B2B or B2C clients.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with project management tools.
  • Experience working with ClickUp is an asset.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot’s suite of products or other CRMs is a valuable asset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Confident participating in client meetings and presentations.
  • Comfortable working in a Mac environment.

COMPENSATION

Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Everbrave’s Hybrid-Plus work model is designed to balance meaningful in-person collaboration with flexibility. We believe some of our best thinking happens together and we intentionally protect in-office time for strategic alignment, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration.

Calgary-based team members are required to work from our Calgary office a minimum of three days per week, including mandatory in-office days on Monday and Thursday. The third in-office day may be selected based on individual preference and team needs.
