Multimedia Marketing Specialist

AGAT Laboratories is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Multimedia Marketing Specialist to support our growing North American marketing team. This role is ideal for a creative, technically strong multimedia professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can confidently manage video production, WordPress updates, digital assets, presentations, and live event support.
The Multimedia Marketing Specialist will serve as the team’s in-house expert for video editing, photography, live streaming, website support, and visual content production — ensuring all materials align with AGAT’s brand standards and strategic marketing objectives.
This is a hands-on execution role requiring both creative expertise and technical precision.
What you will be doing: 

• Multimedia Production & Video Editing
  • Produce, edit, and optimize video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Creative Suite
  • Create motion graphics, animations, and branded video assets for campaigns, social media, website, conferences, and internal communications
  • Capture and edit professional photography and video at conferences, labs, and corporate events
  • Ensure all visual content aligns with AGAT’s brand standards and quality expectations
• Live Event & Streaming Support
  • Manage and execute live streaming for corporate events, webinars, and conferences
  • Oversee audio/visual setup, lighting, and presentation support for internal and external events
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to multimedia and streaming platforms
• Website & WordPress Support
  • Perform regular WordPress updates, content uploads, and basic page edits
  • Maintain media libraries and ensure proper formatting and optimization
  • Support landing page creation and updates in collaboration with the marketing team
  • Ensure website content reflects brand consistency and technical accuracy
• Presentation & Visual Asset Development
  • Design and update branded PowerPoint presentations for sales, leadership, and conference use
  • Create infographics, digital graphics, brochures, and marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Support cross-departmental requests for visual materials through the marketing ticketing system
• Brand & Quality Control
  • Maintain high visual standards across all multimedia outputs
  • Ensure brand consistency across digital, print, and video materials
  • Organize and manage digital asset libraries

• 5+ years of experience in multimedia, digital marketing, or creative production
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically:
  • Premiere Pro
  • After Effects
  • Photoshop
  • Illustrator
  • InDesign
• Strong working knowledge of WordPress (content updates, page edits, media uploads)
• Experience with video production, editing, and motion graphics
• Experience supporting live streaming or webinar platforms
• Strong understanding of file formats, compression, and digital optimization
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

• Experience in B2B, technical, or scientific industries
• Basic understanding of SEO and web best practices
• Photography and lighting experience
• Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms
• Experience working within established brand guidelines
• Experience working in marketing or on a marketing team
