Job Description Summary

Sunbelt’s OSR is equipped for success so we can make it happen for our customers.
The Outside Sales Representative will be empowered to generate profitable business from the range of equipment the profit center specializes in. This includes developing the assigned territory, implementing sales plans to grow the business and maintain the current customer base, and by helping to build the national Sunbelt branding identity.

You will be expected to:

  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to expand existing customer base and develop new customers within assigned territory and markets segment to “grow the business”
  • Solicit business by calling on regular and prospective customers via phone or traveling throughout the assigned territory for planned visits or cold calls
  • Provide technical sales and application solutions for customers

Education or experience that prepares you for success:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study or equivalent experience in equipment rental, equipment, or construction
  • 2+ years of direct sales experience

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities you will rely on or develop:

  • Solution-selling approach
  • Technical background with the ability to learn engineering concepts.
  • Project management, new business development and customer retention skills

Base Pay Range

40,000.00 - 50,000.00

Total compensation package includes base pay, company vehicle, and robust commission plan.
