Optiom is hiring a Partner Support Representative to join our client care team. You will be a key point of contact for our broker partners and policy holders: answering their questions, supporting policy transactions, and making sure every interaction reflects the standard of service that sets Optiom apart.

You Bring

• 1+ years of customer service experience, ideally in insurance or financial services
• A confident, professional phone presence and comfort handling volume
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• High attention to detail when processing policies, records, and client requests
• Problem-solving instincts and the ability to de-escalate difficult conversations calmly and professionally
• A genuine sense of empathy, you listen first, then act
• General Level 1 Insurance Licence, or a strong willingness to obtain one, we will support you

Bonus Points For

• Active General Level 1 Insurance Licence already in hand
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin, Punjabi, or French
• Experience supporting brokers with quoting, binding, or policy maintenance
• Familiarity with partner earnings inquiries or commission structures
