You as a People & Culture (HR) Coordinator will be responsible for: 

  • Managing all administrative tasks related to the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and orientation, offer and change letters, promotions, resignations, and other employee movements, while ensuring a positive employee experience and meeting the needs of both staff and the business.  
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, responding independently or in collaboration with the People and Culture Manager, utilizing appropriate internal resources and ensuring timely and effective follow-up.  
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle for assigned positions and students, including needs analysis, job posting, sourcing, shortlisting, conducting interviews, preparing offers, and attending job fairs.  
  • Managing the region's People & Culture programs, including recruitment, training, onboarding, and offboarding, while developing external relationships to attract top talent.  
  • Maintaining the accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness of employee data in the HRIS (Workday), including changes throughout the employee lifecycle.  
  • Participating in organization-wide People & Culture programs, events, communications, change management initiatives, and other P&C tasks as needed.  

 

Is this the right role for you? 

  • You have a College or University degree in Human Resources Management with a minimum of 2 years human resources experience at a Coordinator level. 
  • You have working knowledge of Human Resources legislation, HR databases including HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems and Recruitment websites. 
  • You strive to provide a positive employee experience by collectively addressing their needs as well as those of the company.  
  • You have the ability to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines. 
  • You have effective written and verbal communication skills. 
  • You are eligible to obtain Security Clearance (Reliability).
