Performs project financial analysis, reporting, budget tracking, forecasting, reconciliations, transaction validation, risk assessments, and financial control enforcement. Supports construction project teams by preparing financial summaries, monitoring forecasts, reviewing contracts and transactions, setting up project databases, and promoting financial management best practices. Requires accounting or business education, analytical and communication skills, proficiency with Excel and Word, and the ability to manage deadlines.

Leads the design, configuration, governance, support, and continuous improvement of Workday Absence processes, including time off, leave, accruals, eligibility, balances, and related business processes. Provides cross-functional support for Payroll and Time Tracking, resolves complex incidents, performs audits and testing, supports releases and deployments, and develops documentation and training for stakeholders and end users.

Lead configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of Workday Core HCM processes, including worker data, staffing, organizational structures, and HR transactions. Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and IT teams to deliver scalable solutions. Conduct testing, release impact assessments, data audits, root cause analysis, documentation, training, and process improvements. Support integrated Workday modules and provide guidance to stakeholders in a hybrid environment.

Provide day-to-day Workday Payroll support: respond to ServiceNow tickets, troubleshoot payroll transactions and integrations, document issues and resolutions, escalate complex problems, maintain payroll process knowledge, produce job aids and training materials, monitor trends for improvements, and collaborate with Payroll, HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and accurate payroll processing.

Lead development and enhancement of Workday reporting and org-wide reporting strategy. Partner with SMEs to gather requirements, build data models, reports, and dashboards, support deployments, training, change management, integrations, troubleshooting, and post-deployment administration.

Manage administrative HR tasks across the employee lifecycle, act as primary employee contact, run full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles and students, maintain HRIS (Workday) data, support regional People & Culture programs, and participate in company-wide P&C initiatives and events.
