If you are fluent in paid media, obsessed with performance data, and energized by campaigns with a direct and visible impact on revenue, this is the opportunity you have been looking for. Optiom is hiring a Performance Marketer to lead digital lead generation initiatives and support dealer channel growth. You will be on the front lines of our marketing function: designing, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns that drive qualified leads into the dealer and broker sales funnel, and reporting directly on the results.

You don’t need to have worked in insurance before. But you will thrive here if you bring the right combination of analytical sharpness, campaign expertise, and entrepreneurial drive.

You Bring

  • 3–6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with a strong track record in paid digital lead generation
  • Demonstrated expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager, with campaign management experience across all funnel stages
  • Proficiency in web analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio) and CRM-integrated attribution reporting
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, draw actionable insights, and clearly communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience designing and deploying digital banner ad campaigns, including asset briefing, production coordination, and performance tracking
  • Solid understanding of landing page optimization, conversion rate best practices, and lead funnel architecture
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns, budgets, and deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting performance results and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Bonus Points For

  • Experience in insurance, financial services, automotive, or dealer channel marketing environments
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk) and audience data management
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar)
  • Background in co-op or channel marketing programs with dealer or franchise networks
  • Exposure to embedded insurance, point-of-sale marketing, or specialty product distribution channels
  • Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or equivalent platform certifications
