Position Overview:Join Our Team as an Inside Product Support Representative

Earning potential of $90,000-$100,000+ which includes base plus targeted commission.
Job Description:
What You’ll Do:

Build lasting relationships with new and lapsed customers to exceed annual parts sales targets while ensuring profitability.

Develop new opportunities by turning cash sales and new prospects into regular, loyal customers.

Manage a high-volume customer base (150-200+) with over $2M in sales, ensuring the successful sale of parts solutions.

Engage fully with customers to understand their needs and demonstrate how Finning can support them on every sales call.

Maintain precise records of account details and equipment population, and report on activities and opportunities using Saleslink.

Collaborate effectively with our extended product support network, including outside representatives, inside sales, and parts order entry teams.

Champion our E-commerce platform to boost online sales.

Convert leads generated by data algorithms and marketing activities into successful sales.
What We’re Looking For:

Technical sales expertise in one or more Power Systems industries (Electrical Power, Industrial, O&G, Marine).

7+ years in the heavy equipment industry is a plus.

7+ years in sales or customer-facing roles with a strong sales orientation and drive.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
