About the Role

We are seeking a high-impact President to lead our BEC Legal Systems software business, a key player in delivering innovative, mission-critical technology to legal professionals and organizations. As President, you will take full ownership of the P&L, define and execute the strategic direction, and lead a high-performing team to ensure continued growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term market leadership.

This is a pivotal role for an experienced and entrepreneurial leader who combines operational excellence, business acumen, and a passion for building great teams and products. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of B2B SaaS or Legal Tech and have the leadership skills to drive performance across product, sales, customer success, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • P&L Ownership & Business Performance:
    Take full accountability for the business unit’s financial health, growth, profitability, and operational execution.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution:
    Set and implement the long-term vision and growth strategy, aligned with the company's broader objectives and market opportunities.
  • Team Leadership & Culture Building:
    Lead, inspire, and develop a cross-functional team across product, sales, marketing, support, and operations. Champion a strong performance culture and succession planning.
  • Customer-Centric Growth:
    Deepen customer relationships, ensure high retention and satisfaction, and shape the product roadmap to meet evolving legal industry needs.
  • Operational Excellence:
    Streamline and scale operational processes to support growth while maintaining a high-quality customer and employee experience.
  • Market & Competitive Insight:
    Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive dynamics to ensure product and go-to-market relevance.
  • M&A and Integration (if applicable):
    Participate in M&A evaluation and lead post-acquisition integration ofif strategic acquisitions align with the business roadmap.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role with full P&L responsibility, ideally in B2B SaaS or Legal Tech.
  • Track record of driving profitable growth, operational improvement, and customer success.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on operational execution skills.
  • Deep understanding of recurring revenue business models and customer lifecycle management.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including board and executive-level reporting.
