Role Overview: The Product Manager will act as a bridge between the technical and business teams, helping to define the product roadmap based on customer feedback and market demands. This role will focus on ensuring that the product is user-centric and meets the evolving needs of casino operators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and prioritize requirements from customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Define product vision and collaborate closely with engineering to ensure alignment.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap with input from all stakeholders.
- Coordinate user testing and incorporate feedback to enhance product functionality.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally within a SaaS or hardware-software integrated product.
- Strong understanding of the casino or gaming industry is a plus.
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into customer-facing benefits.
- Excellent project management skills and familiarity with tools like Jira or Trello.
