Job Responsibilities

  • Own the execution of assigned Private Markets platform roadmap items and drive work from discovery and prioritization through delivery, launch, and post-implementation review.
  • Translate business objectives, user needs, and control requirements into clear product requirements, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business rules.
  • Partner closely with Technology throughout solution design, estimation, sequencing, development, testing, release planning, and production implementation.
  • Collaborate with User Experience Design & Research to define user journeys, validate concepts, incorporate research insights, and deliver intuitive and consistent experiences.
  • Engage Legal, Compliance, Risk, Information Security, Privacy, and other control partners early and throughout the delivery lifecycle; document decisions and ensure required controls are incorporated into the solution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, identify dependencies and risks, escalate issues when needed, and maintain clear ownership of actions and decisions.
  • Develop and maintain delivery plans, status reporting, executive updates, decision materials, and roadmap communications for leaders and partner teams.
