About Orennia

Orennia provides an all-in-one platform for accurate data, predictive analytics and actionable insights across the energy transition. We drive faster capital allocation decisions and help our clients maximize returns across the solar, wind, storage, power, RNG, CCUS, clean fuels and hydrogen sectors. The technology that powers Orennia’s platform delivers an unparalleled experience, distilling information into actionable insights to give our clients a competitive edge.

As the world decarbonizes its energy stack, trillions in capital need to be deployed. Global investment in the energy transition must quadruple to over $5 trillion annually to stay on the 1.5°C pathway, according to the International Renewable Energy Agency. Without accurate data and predictive analytics, developers and investors will struggle to deploy capital efficiently and maximize returns. Orennia’s platform expedites the energy transition with effective and robust information for smarter capital allocation choices.

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, features, markets, and customer segments.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to align messaging, campaigns, content, and product launch communications across channels.
  • Create sales enablement resources, including playbooks, battlecards, pitch decks, talk tracks, objection-handling guides, and segment-specific materials.
  • Analyze customer interactions, call insights, win/loss feedback, and competitive intelligence to continuously improve messaging and sales effectiveness.
  • Lead product launch readiness initiatives by ensuring Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams are trained, informed, and equipped for successful market adoption.
  • Support UK market expansion by developing localized positioning, sales tools, target account strategies, and market insights tailored to regional buyer needs and regulatory dynamics.
Who You Are
  • You have 5+ years of experience across Product Marketing and Sales Enablement with a degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • You can demonstrate your successes in launching and enabling new products, driving revenue growth by identifying new market opportunities, developing differentiated messaging and positioning, and translating market insights into effective go-to-market strategies.
  • You are a strong communicator with exceptional writing skills.
  • You bring strong interpersonal and excel at collaboration.
  • You are highly organized and have strong attention to detail.
  • You have experience using a variety of software platforms across the tech stack and are comfortable utilizing them and gathering information from them: CRM, call intelligence, marketing automation, survey tools, visual collaboration tools, design tools, LLMs.
  • You are actively identifying opportunities to improve things and are a creative problem solver, keen to dig in and figure things out.
