As Product Owner, you will represent the voice of the client in projects and be responsible for the member/client experience. You will consistently prepare a range of products and services to ensure a positive member/client experience. You will work in close collaboration with the project developer and business analyst to ensure the solution meets user needs and that the project’s expected benefits are delivered. You will manage relationships with the project’s various stakeholders. Your ability to engage others will therefore be an essential skill. You will serve as a resource person, advisor and coach for your squad and for dedicated clientele and partners carrying out important intervention and development projects in your field. You will recommend solutions for improving or optimizing standards, policies and programs. You will propose recommendations, solutions and action plans. You will help resolve complex problems requiring knowledge of new trends. This requires thorough analysis and a comprehensive, in-depth understanding of the line of business. Coordination is critical, and you will be required to interact with various stakeholders who work in complementary fields of expertise. More specifically, you will be required to:

  • Establish the product backlog for projects, mandates and development activities.

  • Pinpoint the issues, challenges, needs and problems to be resolved within the multidisciplinary team dedicated to your squad with a view to agreeing on the desired outcomes.

  • Develop and help implement goals, solutions and action plans.

  • Ensure that the solution is aligned with business needs.

  • Determine priorities in order to maximize business value delivered.

  • Analyze information, conduct studies, develop and propose recommendations, and draft summaries.

  • Regularly monitor the business sector and digital realities.

What you bring to the table

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience

  • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

  • Knowledge of French is required
