Verde Edge consulting Ltd is recruiting a PRODUCT SPECIALIST on behalf of our client. Our client, a global Christian NGO is a grant-making foundation based in Europe. They receive donations from individuals and entities all over the world, process and send grants to charities in many parts of the world.

 

 

Job Description

The Product Specialist reports to the Giver Services Manager and works closely with the Giver Services, Philanthropy and Operations teams. The role combines client support, product expertise, inside sales and Charity Fund application coordination.

Key Responsibilities;

Support Foundation Fund and Charity Clients through training, product guidance and ongoing follow-up.

Engage prospective donors and charities and explain services through inside-sales activities.

Serve as a subject matter expert on product offerings and the broader global giving network.

Initiate Charity Fund applications and coordinate workflow handoffs across the team.

Build trusted relationships with donors and charities across different countries and cultures.

Qualifications

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.

CRM experience, including sales pipeline management.

Excellent written and verbal English; strong phone and Zoom etiquette.

Strong customer service, organisation, attention to detail and prioritisation skills.

High Emotional Intelligence and cultural competency.

Experience working virtually or with a dispersed team.

Ability to manage confidential information and adapt to rapid change.

Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to learn new technology quickly.

Growth mindset, flexibility and willingness to support wider team functions.

Spiritual maturity and alignment with the organisation’s Christian mission.

Additional Information

          Work Environment

  •  Regular workdays run from roughly 1400–2200 (EAT) to overlap with European and US Eastern Time work hours.
  •  Willingness to work more than 8 hours per day as needed during peak periods.
