About York

At York, we are bold, fast, and relentlessly focused on what matters: our clients.

While others get lost in bureaucracy and outdated thinking, we cut through the noise. We challenge the status quo, move with urgency, and make decisions that serve our clients, not just our bottom line. We take full ownership, work together to solve complicated problems, and execute - no excuses, no shortcuts.

This is not the place for complacency. Our team thrives in a high-performance, no-BS environment - we are a group of high performers who think critically, move fast, and follow through. The success of our business depends on the willingness of our team to ditch antiquated ways of operating and adapt new methods for achieving excellent results.

This is how we work. This is how we win.

Position Summary

York Realty Inc. doesn’t settle for forgettable. The Production Graphic Designer is the difference between a proposal that gets skimmed and one that wins the room. They’re the eye behind every campaign, every pitch, and every piece of brand collateral that carries the York name into the world. As the visual voice of the Company, this individual serves as the creative pulse of the Client Solutions team, helping turn strategy and ambition into relationships built and deals closed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visual Brand identity; Own the storyboarding and creation of York's visual brand identity — the kind of design that makes York synonymous with construction, not just another name in it..
  • Take a mood board, a scribbled idea, or a two-word vibe and turn it into a finished visual that hits: concepts, layouts, and graphics that make every client touchpoint unmistakably YRI
  • Build and launch email campaigns clients actually open: market moves, project wins, portfolio highlights that land instead of getting lost in the inbox
  • Bring the firepower when it’s go-time: backing the Client Solutions team on proposals that need to win project pursuits
  • Build and guard a go-to library of proposal templates, media, case studies, and supporting materials
  • Sit shoulder-to-shoulder with stakeholders through the proposal process, turning strategy and data into layouts that land

  • Attend broker and industry events as required
  • Other duties as assigned
