WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

Role: 

We are seeking a Production Line Supervisor to oversee daily operations of a production line.  The successful candidate will report to the Production Manager, working closely with the whole manufacturing team and will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining quality and safety standards.    

Responsibilities: 

  • Supervise and lead a team of production line staff.
  • Ensure adherence to production schedules and output targets.
  • Oversee the operation of specialized machinery and automated equipment.
  • Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance as needed.
  • Conduct quality inspections and enforce quality control standards.
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members.
  • Maintain detailed production records and performance metrics.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimizations

WHO YOU ARE: 

Basic Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent Manufacturing, Quality Control, Management, Operations (preferred).  
  • Minimum five (5) years prior manufacturing and three (3) years prior people supervisory experience. Experience with electro/mechanical manufacturing preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting technical manufacturing equipment.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Mechanical aptitude/comprehension. 
  • Capability to lift up-to 50 lbs as needed.

Additional Information: 

  • Shifts: Currently Monday-Friday 3:00pm- 11:30pm. There may be a possibility of this changing in the future as required.
