Lead development and implementation of EHS management systems (ISO 14001, COR), ensure regulatory compliance, manage audits, incident investigations, risk assessments, ESG/sustainability reporting, training, emergency preparedness, and liaise with regulators and auditors in a manufacturing environment.

Coordinate and maintain compliance with UL certifications and regulatory requirements, support and document audits, manage CAPA, and provide hands-on laboratory testing, equipment maintenance, calibration, and safety for liquid cooling test operations.

Support lifecycle, reliability, manufacturability, and continuous improvement of Coolant Distribution Units (CDUs). Investigate and resolve product, supplier, and manufacturing issues, execute ECRs/ECNs, perform root cause and tolerance analyses, validate testing, qualify alternate components, collaborate with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and suppliers, and support field and customer technical activities.

Drive new business and expand key accounts for liquid cooling solutions in the data center market. Develop territory and account strategies, qualify and close enterprise opportunities, negotiate contracts, collaborate with operations for delivery, and provide market feedback. Build and manage a high-quality pipeline to meet bookings and forecast targets while monitoring performance and ensuring compliance.

Lead the Technical Coolant Systems engineering team to deliver end-to-end mechanical design for data center liquid-cooling infrastructure. Oversee design maturity, documentation release, stress and thermal analysis, BIM coordination, external partners, process improvements, team development, budgets, and cross-functional integration for installation-ready packages.

Design and document mechanical components and assemblies for technical cooling loops using CAD; perform mechanical and fluid calculations; build and test prototypes; produce P&IDs and piping drawings; support installation, commissioning, production troubleshooting, and supply chain component selection.

Operate CNC and manual machinery to produce R&D prototypes for liquid-cooling products. Interpret blueprints, select methods and fixtures, document deviations, follow QA and safety procedures, perform preventive maintenance, and support cross-department prototyping work.

Lead quality planning for new product introductions, drive APQP deliverables and PPAP, perform design reviews, identify and mitigate product/process risks, manage product launch quality, and lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions using structured problem-solving.

Qualify inbound leads and RFQs, manage small-to-mid deals end-to-end, triage complex opportunities to senior account managers, maintain CRM records, build a fast-moving pipeline, and support revenue through high-volume selling. Up to 15% international travel.

Lead manufacturing test team to develop and implement test strategies; oversee test system and fixture design; collaborate cross-functionally (Design, Manufacturing, QA, Supply Chain) to improve scalability, yield, and quality; manage/test KPIs, mentor engineers and technicians, and ensure test readiness for production and regulatory compliance.
