Support UKG Payroll and HCM administration during post-acquisition integration and transition to Workday. The role collaborates with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, vendors, and implementation teams to maintain payroll continuity, improve system performance, ensure data accuracy, and support HR technology transformation.

Lead large, complex hardware-based new product introduction and continuous improvement projects from scope definition through delivery. Establish schedules, budgets, resource plans, governance, risk controls, and KPI reporting while coordinating engineering, manufacturing, testing, supply chain, and production teams. Mentor Project Managers, conduct executive reviews, manage stakeholders and changes, and coordinate global teams including APAC. The role requires launching complex electromechanical systems in fast-paced manufacturing environments.

Manage financial accounting for customer implementation projects from contract execution through closeout, ensuring U.S. GAAP-compliant revenue recognition, accurate project costing, WIP, and profitability analysis. Support month-end/year-end close, audits, forecasts, and estimate-at-completion. Partner with Professional Services, Program Management, and Revenue Management to improve project financial reporting, ERP (NetSuite) data flows, FSM processes, controls, automation, and KPI/dashboard development.

Maintain the master production schedule and develop daily/weekly production plans to align demand, capacity, and materials. Monitor schedule adherence, identify shortages or constraints, coordinate with procurement and manufacturing, manage ERP planning data, and support continuous improvement to improve throughput and on-time delivery.

Lead manufacturing test team to develop and implement test strategies; oversee test system and fixture design; collaborate cross-functionally (Design, Manufacturing, QA, Supply Chain) to improve scalability, yield, and quality; manage/test KPIs, mentor engineers and technicians, and ensure test readiness for production and regulatory compliance.

Leads cross-functional technical program execution for complex liquid-cooling products, translating customer requirements into product requirements, technical scope, plans, and deliverables. Coordinates engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, sales, suppliers, and customers; manages technical risks, DFMEA, design trade-offs, issue resolution, mitigation plans, schedules, budgets, and launch readiness. Supports customer relationships and proposals while traveling globally up to 20%.

Drive customer acquisition and new product introduction opportunities for data center liquid-cooling solutions. Present technical reports, 3D CAD renders, and simulations; guide customers through product planning; develop relationships across hyperscale, colocation, and server OEM/ODM markets; promote CDUs, rack manifolds, cold plate loops, and software; monitor industry standards and trends; and provide market feedback to internal product teams. Requires at least 20% international travel.

Supports mechanical design, CAD drafting, prototyping, testing, documentation, manufacturing assembly, quality inspections, and engineering change management for liquid-cooling products. Creates SolidWorks models, drawings, BOMs, and work instructions; applies GD&T and tolerance analysis; performs mechanical and thermal testing; supports production troubleshooting, first-article inspections, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions. Coordinates drafting projects with internal and external teams and collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, and quality functions.

Own procurement and sourcing activities for new product introduction projects from prototype through mass production. Ensure BOM material readiness, expedite deliveries, coordinate engineering-driven design changes, track pricing and budgets, manage purchase orders and item data, resolve accounts payable issues, and coordinate with strategic sourcing, engineering, suppliers, and cross-functional project teams.
