Plans and oversees moderately complex projects from scope definition through delivery. Develops schedules, budgets, resource plans, cost estimates, and risk mitigation strategies; monitors timelines, task completion, compliance, quality, and client requirements. Leads project teams, manages vendors, communicates status, resolves issues, and maintains client relationships to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and within scope.

With supervision, the Project Coordinator is responsible for planning, developing and delivering assigned projects within scope, schedule, and contract budget
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
For assigned projects:
- Plans and oversees the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects. At this level, projects managed are typically of moderate complexity, risk and exposure.
- In collaboration with clients, defines project scope, deliverables and requirements.
- Develops and implements project plans and schedules.
- Determines resource and budget requirements, cost estimates, and timelines.
- Monitors project delivery against timelines and ensures timely completion.
- Oversees the activities of project team members and monitors project task completion.
- Communicates project status to relevant concerned parties.
- Ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget and requirements, and complies with all regulatory, environmental and health and safety requirements.
Client Relationship Management:
- Develops and maintains effective relationships with clients.
- Responsible for resolving issues, managing client expectations, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Project management – proven ability and experience in delivering projects on-time, on-budget, within specifications and in-compliant with all requirements including but not limited to regulatory, environmental, health, and safety requirements.

This is a regular, full-time position with a salary range of $54,185 - $67,732 per annum. The starting salary will be based on the successful candidate’s competencies, including but not limited to experience, education and performance related to this role.
