WHAT YOU’LL DO:

The Sustaining Project Manager leads cross-functional teams to execute high-impact projects that improve manufacturability, cost efficiency, and scalability of CoolIT’s hardware products, including CDUs and PCLs. This role ensures on-time delivery of sustaining and continuous improvement initiatives by managing scope, risk, and performance across engineering, supply chain, and production functions.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •  Lead sustaining projects to improve manufacturability, cost, and scalability of CDUs and PCLs. 
  • Use ClickUp to manage scope, schedules, resources, risks, and deliverables. 
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to remove execution roadblocks and ensure milestone alignment. 
  • Use Arena to manage engineering changes and support design change control. 
  • Use NetSuite and Factory Logix tools to track and report project performance. 
  • Communicate status to stakeholders, including KPIs for cost, schedule, and quality. 
  • Support global coordination with APAC teams. 

WHO YOU ARE: 

Basic Qualifications:  

  •   5+ years of project management experience in hardware, manufacturing, or supply chain 
  • Engineering or technical diploma or bachelor's degree 
  • Proficient in project planning and execution using tools such as ClickUp and Arena 
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills 
  • Knowledge of cross-functional workflows in manufacturing environments 

Preferred Qualifications:  

  •  PMP certification or equivalent project management training 
  • Experience managing sustaining or continuous improvement projects in a Lean manufacturing environment 
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite and MES tools like Factory Logix 
  • Experience working with electromechanical designs and cross-regional teams 
  • Exposure to high-volume production ramp planning and supplier coordination

  • Schedule & Risk Management – Identifies and mitigates delays or blockers proactively 
  • Cross-Functional Leadership – Aligns engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing teams 
  • Tool Proficiency – Skilled in ClickUp, Arena, NetSuite, and MES platforms 
  • Process Adherence – Manages change control and quality through documented workflows 
  • Communication – Provides clear updates, escalates issues early, and drives accountability 
  • Problem Solving – Navigates complexity with practical solutions and team collaboration
